Parent Feedback on the Jr. Chef Cooking Program

Cooking is a life skill that every person should have, and this is a great environment in which to learn...

...You provided a life skill that my son can always use, and he will not have to depend on anyone to cook for him if he needs to eat....

Loved the positive vibe, excitement, reverence, diversity of kids, diversity of experiences...

Teaching kids to cook from fresh ingredients and what's in season is invaluable. It's a life skill lesson. Thank you so much!

(You) treated kids like the responsible, capable people they are. Having high expectations and helping, letting them meet them.

My daughter loved the class - looked forward to every day and did not want the class to end.

Thank you so much for making time to teach our children such important concepts. We truly appreciate your work and passion.

The program is exceptionally well run from idea, to inception, to ultimate presentation.

It's a camp that is professional well operated. The camp program focuses on all the aspects of cooking which I value, so that my child could grasp the whole 'picture' of being a chef, not just what he sees on the cooking shows.

This is a COMPLETE class. The class covered all the aspects of preparing food. Most impressive was teaching the kids the process of food from farm to store. Our family is in the grocery business, so my kids know the ins and outs of a store. I was also impressed on how well each student was prepared and the organizational skills fo the camp. This was totally awesome!
